Program Description
On October 24, 2025, in the District Collectorate Auditorium, Sonbhadra, members of the Indian Red Cross Society District Branch, Sonbhadra, by becoming Nikshay Mitra, gave nutritious packets to 26 patients suffering from Tuberculosis under the National Tuberculosis Eradication Programme. On this occasion, Chief Chief Vikas Madam boosted the morale of the tuberculosis patients and encouraged them to take medicines on time and complete the medicine course to become free from tuberculosis. In this way, the members of Red Cross branch Sonbhadra are doing excellent work and are cooperating with the health department in the government work. On the occasion of distribution of nutritional bundles, members Dharmendra Jaiswal, Amit Chandel and Government Secretary Dr. Suman Kumar were present along with the Chief Medical Officer, District Development Officer and other distinguished officials.
