Program Description
On World TB Day, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Neeraj Kumar Pandey, Chief Medical Superintendent Dr. Diwakar Singh and District Tuberculosis Officer Dr. Anand Kumar inaugurated Drug Resistant TB Center in the district hospital.
During this an awareness rally was taken out and 15 TB patients were given nutrition bundles and hygiene kits by Red Cross Society Ballia.
After this, TB patients were adopted and nutrition bundles were also distributed under the chairmanship of the Chief Development Officer in the Collectorate Auditorium. 148 TB patients were adopted by the Indian Red Cross Society and hygiene kits were distributed to 10 TB patients.
