Today, on the occasion of World Disabled Day, under the auspices of Indian Red Cross Society Gorakhpur, under the guidance of Chairman Shivendra Vikram Singh and under the direction of Ajay Pratap Singh, Nodal Officer of Disabled Rehabilitation Center, a program was organized at the Disabled Rehabilitation Center with the aim of encouraging disabled people. On this occasion, District Disability Empowerment Officer Dr. Vimlesh Kumar said that many schemes are being run by the government to empower the disabled people along with giving pension.

On this occasion, Treasurer of the Indian Red Cross Society, Vishal Jaiswal said that through the Disabled Rehabilitation Centre, many schemes will be implemented in the future in the interest of the disabled and they will be given due respect.

  In this program, Gyanendra Ojha, blood donation in-charge of Red Cross, thanked all the disabled people and guests coming to the program and said that making the disabled people strong and self-reliant is the biggest human service.

Disabled Vipin Tiwari, disabled Mahendra, disabled Jagannath were honored in the program. The program was conducted by disabled Umesh Chand Kiran.

Indian Red Cross Society treasurer Vishal Jaiswal, blood donation in-charge Gyanendra Ojha, life member Pushparaj Dubey, Aditya Nigam, Rakesh Kumar, Imran Ehsan, Umesh Chaudhary, Umesh Chand Kiran etc. and many disabled people and citizens were present in this program.
