Program Description
Today, on 22/7/23, under the auspices of the Red Cross Society, a large tree plantation, medicine distribution and blood donation program was organized under the leadership of Dr. Anurag Srivastava, Chairman of the Red Cross Society. First of all, at 6.30 am, a large tree plantation in the sports stadium, under which rosewood, teak, neem, amla, guava trees, District Sports Officer Anurag Srivastava and District Tuberculosis Officer Dr. Nishat Shahabuddin, after which Dr. Anurag provided homeopathic medicine to all 70 players and coaches to help reduce the outbreak of eye disease conjunctivitis and develop immunity, then 114 children of Kasturba Gandhi Residential Girls' Development Block Teliani and 144 of Saraswati Shishu Mandir Chowk were provided to 328 children. Tree plantation was also done in Kasturba Gandhi Residential School. Dr. Anurag also made aware about washing eyes with water, wearing dark glasses and avoiding the touch of an infected child. Also, under the joint auspices of Serve for Humanity and Red Cross Society, life member Himanshu Srivastava donated blood for a dialysis patient. On this occasion, Dr. Razia Sultana, Vice Chairman of Red Cross Society, Executive Members Dr. Vivek Srivastava, Dilip Kumar, Gurmeet Singh and life members Dr. Advocate Ahmed Siddiqui, Suresh Srivastava, Manish Kumar, Sagar Kumar and Warden Kshama Tiwari, Shailendra Tripathi, Gulab Singh Maurya were present.
