Red Cross Uttar Pradesh volunteers saved the life of a woman (Julie Singh, Banaras) by giving first aid.
Under the guidance of Dr. Himabindu Nayak, General Secretary, Red Cross Uttar Pradesh, Vice-President Shri Akhilendra Shahi and Treasurer Arun Singh, today on 25 January 2025, on the occasion of Ekadashi, people were helping the devotees by forming a human chain. At the same time, a woman was found dead on the road. Another woman was sitting near her and crying loudly. Under the guidance of Aarti Srivastava, Fair Co-Incharge / Secretary, Red Cross, Lakhimpur Kheri, Anil Tiwari, Life Member, Deoria, State Coordinator, Rajneesh, the life of the said woman, Julie Singh, resident of Banaras, was saved by giving CPR. Along with this, after giving other necessary first aid, an ambulance was immediately called and sent to the district hospital. Along with this, her lost relatives were called and taken to the hospital. After taking the health information of the woman from the doctor, the team returned from there to its work area.
